Just to clarify, yes  I am speaking of paper copies.  Thus far there are two 
files here for  your committee, one for all emails as they are considered 
public documents and  one for minutes, drafts, info from other organizations etc.. 
 Since every  e-mail (including drafts etc.) from your committee is forwarded 
to the Town, I  do print them off and file them with the most current in 
front, which is no  problem at all.  Though there may be other documents that 
circulate at  your actual meetings that you may want to be in your files here at 
Town  Hall.  Therefore, you would want to make sure that your files are current 
 with pertinent information should the public want to view them.  I’d be  
happy to show anyone on your committee where the files are and they can show  you 
when you meet again.  The cabinet is open and would be accessible  during 
your meetings and during regular Town Hall hours.  Feel free to  contact me at 
any time should you have further  questions.

Clerk is not  the legal custodian of Board/Committees files and that the 
secretary’s for  these committees should periodically check to ensure that 
pertinent  information is contained in these files for viewing by other committee  
members and members of the public.

Alden and I are  currently working on my ability to update the YRHASC 
website.  It sounds  as if you are speaking to a paper copy of stuff for the Town 
file at Town  Hall.  Is this necessary in addition to stuff on the website?   If 
so, please confirm that this is so.  If it is necessary, what I will  plan to 
do is bring paper copies of  stuff each time I attend a YRHASC  meeting.  Then 
you can absolve yourself of any and all responsibility for  this.  Do you 
have a specific place where I should put  these?  Thanks!
