Special  Meeting Notice and Agenda 
Tuesday,  March 24, 2009 
Learning Center  -  7PM 

1.       Call to  order 
2.       Proof of notice  of meeting 
3.       Presence of  quorum (secretary – need 5 voting members) 
4.       Minutes of  previous meeting (attached – please read ahead, if 
needed,                                         as they are long) 
5.       Old  business 
6.       New  business: 
a.       Meeting was called at the request of the YRHASC to review their  
application progress.  Additionally  a practice run of fictitious applicants will 
be put thru the  process (at this meeting, if time and interest permits, or a 
later  workshop) to see what refinements might be  needed. 
b.       Discussion (and vote) on order (if any) of which available           
                   properties should be offered.  How should these properties 
be                             advertised? 
c.       Future properties and projects – how to acquire; what should         
               we be doing? 
7.       Adjourn
