[Year-Round Housing] 501(c)(3) - YES!!!

Great Day All,   I cannot top the awesome Inauguration  ceremonies today,  
but I did just receive some more good news in the  mail today and that is: The 
Year Round Housing Corporation has  been approved by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) 
organization,  retroactive back to March 12, 2007    
Thank you all for your assistance and input and special thanks to Liza  
Fleming-Ives and the Genesis Foundation for their extraordinary  and  continuing 
support in this and many housing matters and also  to Kristy Smith at 
PretiFlaherty and her professional assistance in  getting the application into its final 
successful  form.
