Good morning all - Attached (and opened below) please find the agenda  for 
the meeting rescheduled from last week.   The major task will be  to get the 
voter info ready to mail!  There are 3 attachments in addition  to the agenda to 
note:   Minutes of 3/31/08, Green Legislation,  Draft Lease. 
 
 
 
YRHC  Meeting 
April 22, 2008  (Tuesday) 
Originally scheduled for April  15 
7 PM Learning Center 
Working Agenda   
1.         Minutes of last meeting –  copy attached 
Reminder that voting members should call/email if they cannot make the  
meeting so that we are sure of a quorum  
2.         Old business      
Selection & Application  Committee update   
Houses for sale?  
Green Building Standards – continue discussion  and research update – 
Would like to propose that we finalize a vote on this.  (see attached         
                                  article) 
3.         New business:   
a.         Town meeting mailing.   We need to stuff, stamp, put labels on 
envelopes DURING THIS MEETING to  mail out to voters. 
b.         Discuss Town Meeting articles and presentation ideas. 
c.         Last  major thing to fine tune:  The lease  agreement.  We may not 
get to this  at this meeting,  but have copied it  for your reference.  We 
need to  finish the green standards and re-look at the buy-back before I send it 
to the  lawyers.  (I have some extra printed copies of this - do not waste 
your ink  and paper) 
d.         Your issues – open forum
