[Year-Round Housing Committee] Meeting Reminder - Wed. July 11, 7PM @ Small room off library

Hi All,  Just a reminder that we have a regular meeting Wed.  evening.    
Please let me know if you have specific agenda  items.   
My agenda is to review what is done; what is happening; what needs to be  
done.   What I need from you is: 
1.    an appraisal of your housing needs and timing as  best as you can 
estimate so I can prioritize how fast certain things need to  move.
 
2.   your suggestions for additional people to go on the  "Application and 
Selection" Committee.  So far there are only 2  applicants.  Please encourage 
your friends and loved ones to apply!
 
3.    I am going to see whether we can suspend regular  meetings until after 
Labor Day.  Much of what I need to do does not require  a meeting, but can be 
shared via e-mail. Everyone seems quite busy right  now,  myself and Alden 
included, so if we can delay regular meeting work,  that might be helpful.  If 
something needs to be dealt with in a meeting,  we can always post and call one.
