Hi All,   Attached is the meeting notice for this Wed., Feb. 28  at 7PM.    
Note that we will be at TOWN HALL, due to  the  Learning Center being used for 
other meetings.   I  would like to float some ideas to help get some potential 
projects moving on a  faster track and begin to assess returns from the
