[Year-Round Housing Committee] Meeting date is Thursday, April 12 at the Library

Hi All,  This is a busy week of all kinds of meetings everywhere, so  we have 
landed in the large room at the Learning Center on Thursday, April  12.
1.Please come prepared with your ideas on how we "Prioritize eligible  
candidates on the waiting list"   Use the criteria we started  with last meeting, 
rate them 1-5 and add others that come to mind. 
 
2. Be thinking (writing down!) of conditions of the lease of the land and  
what would cause termination (some of these will be the same as eligibility  
criteria I suspect).
 
3. Buy back provisions of the house if it needs to be purchased back by the  
Town/YRHC.
 
That should keep us busy.   We may need to start meeting more  frequently to 
have a reasonably well rounded package for Town  Meeting.      Thanks,   MG
