[yrhasc] rescheduled meeting

Actually that is correct, we are open for business that evening of Feb. 21st
and it would not be possible to have a meeting here though the Learning
Center may be available.

Mark's Goals and Responsibilities and List of Participants to date?  Also,
you might want to read the history of work completed to date in the YRHC and
