Hi Alden:  I have printed out both the draft you have and the one Judy  sent. 
 I have so appreciated being able to read the past minutes of both  
committees to see how the thinking progressed.  The two drafts will give me  that same 
opportunity.  The work you have done on the Town's website has  given us all a
