Hi Brenda ,   That file from MISCA was not attached to this  e-mail.    On a 
read only file, you can open it without a  password,  you just can't change 
it.    MG

Just FYI that the  file attached to that e-mail is a “read only” file and 
required a password to  open it.  Therefore, there is not a copy of it going
