[yrhasc] Next YRHASC Meeting Jan. 16

Hey John and YRHASC,  Just a reminder to get the meeting posted  at least 5 
days in advance.  Maybe you have Alden already on top of  this.     
I would ask that the Committee consider increasing its size, if applicants  
are available, to seven.   If this topic is one that is appropriate to  
consider,  would you place it on the agenda.    Also, if  agreeable, the agenda 
should include a followup to that to vote to change your  bylaws allowing up to 
seven members,  as we have done with the  YRHC.     We at the YRHC found it 
useful to keep the quorum  number low (3) even though we raised the allowable 
membership  number.  That is up to you folks.
I know we have at least one new member coming on board and I believe  there 
is at least one additional application in the hands of the  Selectmen.   Let me 
know if background materials will be needed for  the new member(s) and I will 
prepare copies.
