[Year-Round Housing Committee] Cover letter for survey - correct draft

Attached is the corrected draft of the cover letter that should have  been 
sent to you earlier.  Please trash the original version sent  out.  Sorry for 
the error.    
I have not made the changes yet that we discussed tonight, but I will  remove 
the mention of the proposed initial project and add the idea or question  
about "Could you afford to but the house you are living in  now?    Any other 
bits of fine tuning are welcome and feel free  to send those to me as soon as you 
have them.
Alden will send out new copies of the two surveys for you to retake and  
critique for next meeting. Save the survey changes for the meeting next  Wed.
